Job Role :

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and assisting prospective students in understanding our programs, handling admission queries, and ensuring smooth enrolment into International Spoken Language Courses.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding admission enquiries.
• Counsel students about courses, program benefits, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert them into admissions.
• Maintain proper records of student interactions and admissions data in CRM / Excel.
• Achieve monthly admission / enrolment targets.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Education : Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Good communication skills (English & Hindi).

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
