Job Description
- Brand Leadership : Define and own the brand strategy for India, ensuring resonance with both consumers and healthcare professionals. Build long-term brand equity while delivering short-term business results.
- Category Growth : Drive category expansion through insight-led campaigns, professional education initiatives, and strategic GTM partnerships.
- Digital & Omnichannel Marketing : Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels - paid digital, CRM, performance, and on-ground - with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- HCP Engagement : Partner closely with sales and clinical teams to design and deploy demand-generation programs targeting dentists, doctors, and other HCPs. Leverage data and feedback loops to improve engagement, adoption, and ROI.
- Product Marketing : Drive go-to-market strategy for new product launches, ensuring tight alignment across commercial, product, and clinical stakeholders.
- Team & Vendor Management : Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and manage agency / partner ecosystems effectively.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience (15+ years) in marketing roles within medical devices, diagnostics, or pharma industries - ideally in high-growth or innovation-led environments.
- MBA from Tier 1 institute
- Led the journey from 0 >
- Strong exposure to digital marketing, omnichannel campaigns, and performance-led demand generation.
- Prior experience engaging with HCPs, KOLs, and clinical stakeholders to drive product and category adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional GTM initiatives, particularly around new product introductions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
