About the Role :

  • We are looking for an experienced, data-driven, and results-oriented Marketplace Manager (E-commerce & Quick Commerce) to join our dynamic team at EcomGuru and Digixito.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling marketplace operations across leading platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Tata 1MG, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, and others.
  • This role demands expertise in marketplace product listings, optimization techniques, advertisement strategy execution, and campaign management to deliver high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and ROI (Return on Investment) for a wide range of brands and SKUs.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketplace Onboarding & Management :

  • End-to-end ownership of onboarding products and brands on e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
  • Ensure seamless product listing as per each platform's guidelines and category-specific attributes.
  • Coordination with internal creative and content teams for optimized product content, images, A+ content, and videos.
  • Product Listing & Catalogue Optimization :

  • Create, update, and manage product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing.
  • Implement keyword research, SEO optimization, and competitor benchmarking to improve organic visibility and ranking.
  • Regularly audit listings to maintain quality scores and reduce suppression / rejection issues on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Campaign & Advertisement Management :

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns across : .
  • Amazon (Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Flipkart Ads (PLA, PPC, Smart ROI campaigns).
  • Meesho Ads
  • Quick Commerce Ads (Blinkit Brand Banners, Zepto Visibility Campaigns, 1MG Sponsored Listings, etc.
  • Monitor and scale campaigns based on performance metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Work with data analytics teams to generate insights from ad reports and consumer behavior.
  • Performance Marketing & ROI Strategy :

  • Design full-funnel advertising strategies and allocate budgets across platforms to ensure maximum visibility and conversion.
  • Optimize marketing spend to drive consistent improvement in ROAS and ROI across marketplaces.
  • Leverage tools like Amazon Brand Analytics, Flipkart Insights, Helium10, DataHawk, and other analytical dashboards.
  • Inventory & Pricing Coordination :

  • Coordinate with warehouse / operations teams to ensure stock availability and healthy in-stock rates.
  • Monitor pricing strategies and competitiveness across marketplaces to improve Buy Box win rate and reduce cart abandonment.
  • Brand Collaboration & Reporting :

  • Act as the bridge between marketplace teams, brand managers, and advertising specialists.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly reports and dashboards on performance, sales metrics, and advertising effectiveness.
  • Conduct brand review meetings, present growth strategies, and suggest improvements.
  • Key Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in managing marketplace operations and ads in the e-commerce / quick commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving high ROAS / ROI on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Zepto, Blinkit, and others.
  • Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, platform-specific policies, and cataloging practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ad management tools (Amazon Ads Console, Flipkart Ads Manager, Helium10, etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and SKUs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in both FMCG and D2C sectors.
  • Prior experience with agency-side operations or multiple client portfolio management.
  • Certification in Amazon Ads or Digital Marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
