Application developer Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS)

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and configure solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) .
• Develop and deploy AI-driven applications leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Integrate AI insights into enterprise workflows within Oracle platforms.
• Support troubled project recovery , stabilization, and performance improvement.
• Implement Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and execute AI-enhanced Oracle solutions .
• Ensure compliance with audit, InfoSec , and quality standards.
• Track project metrics (SPI, burn rate, cost variance, etc.) and present reports to stakeholders.
• Mentor teams, create reusable assets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives .
