About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and is passionate about building scalable, user-centric digital products. You’ll be joining our core development team in Chennai, contributing directly to product architecture, backend APIs, cloud deployment, and dynamic frontend interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop full-stack features using React.Js, Next.Js, and Node.Js

Build REST APIs and backend logic with Node.Js and integrate with PostgreSQL and MongoDB

Architect and deploy scalable microservices on AWS Cloud (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)

Optimise performance, maintain code quality, and write unit / integration tests

Collaborate with product, design, and strategy teams to deliver impactful features

Contribute to DevOps processes, CI / CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation

Take ownership of modules and mentor junior developers as the team grows

Required Skills

8 – 10 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer

Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript, with strong expertise in React.Js, Next.Js, and Node.Js

Solid experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB

Comfortable deploying and managing apps on AWS Cloud

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Familiar with Git workflows, Agile / Scrum, and collaborative development tools

Good to Have

Experience with serverless functions, GraphQL, or Docker

Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or similar UI frameworks

Background in building platforms with ethical, educational, or community impact

Familiarity with startup dynamics and cross-functional team collaboration
