Job Title : Manual Tester (1–2 Years Experience)

About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing web, mobile, or enterprise applications, with a strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies. You’ll be responsible for identifying bugs, ensuring product quality, and collaborating closely with developers and business analysts to deliver reliable, high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute test cases , test scenarios , and test plans based on project requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) .
• Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA , Bugzilla , or similar.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Participate in test planning , review meetings , and quality discussions .
• Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing and sanity checks .
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation.
