Annual Operating Plans (AOPs)

What You’ll Bring
5–7 years of experience in
media planning / performance marketing
(digital-first agency preferred)
Hands-on experience building and executing
Annual Operating Plans (AOPs)
Expertise in
Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, DV360
and tools like
GA4, Search Ads 360
Comfort with
GenAI tools
for planning, forecasting, and creative media solutions
Proven success in managing campaigns, leading teams, and scaling performance outcomes
Sharp strategic thinking and confident presentation skills
