Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer located in(Parrys) Chennai. The Junior Lawyer will assist in legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents. Responsibilities also include providing support during client consultations, assisting with case preparation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaboration with senior legal staff and maintaining client confidentiality are key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Legal Research, Legal Drafting, and Expertise in Legal Documentation
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work in a team and manage tasks effectively under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required
• Membership in the Bar Council and relevant certifications are a plus
• Previous internship or work experience in a legal firm is beneficial
