About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled CRM Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Dynamics CRM to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting solutions built on the Dynamics 365 platform, with a focus on plugins , custom workflows , Power Platform , and integration with other systems .

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM .

Develop and deploy plugins, custom workflows, and actions using C# and .NET.

Customize and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customizations, plugins, and workflows.

Participate in requirement gathering, design sessions, and Agile ceremonies.

Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience :

7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM .

Strong experience with plugin development, custom workflows , JavaScript , and C# .

Familiarity with integration techniques (APIs, REST, SOAP).

Experience with CRM security roles , field security , and business units .

Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and documentation skills
