Role Overview :
As the Performance Marketing & Growth Lead , you will own the complete growth and performance marketing engine at CentAI. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, optimizing acquisition funnels, and driving measurable revenue outcomes. This is a hands-on role that blends analytical depth, creative experimentation, and execution discipline : ideal for someone who can both strategize and operate.
You will own all paid and organic growth channels, optimize campaigns, manage budgets, drive automation, and build a strong performance marketing foundation from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities :
Own and scale all digital acquisition channels : Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, SEO, affiliates, and CRM.
Design, execute, and optimize high-ROI lead generation campaigns across search, social, and performance platforms.
Build, test, and refine funnel strategies that improve cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI.
Develop a deep understanding of customer cohorts, intent, and behavior to guide creative and targeting strategies.
Partner closely with sales, product, and operations to ensure end-to-end funnel efficiency and accurate attribution.
Lead experimentation in creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximize lead quality and conversion.
Manage and mentor a small internal team and external agencies to deliver consistent performance.
Own marketing automation, retargeting, and lifecycle marketing through CRM and email journeys.
Continuously identify and pilot new channels, partnerships, or growth levers for scalable acquisition
Ideal Background :
5–10 years of experience in performance marketing or growth, preferably in high-ticket, consultative, or healthtech categories.
Proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth through paid and organic channels.
Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics, attribution, and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with campaign execution and optimization.
Ability to balance short-term performance with long-term brand credibility and customer trust.
Experience working in fast-paced startups or growth-stage environments.
