Chief of Staff (Founder’s Office) – Ex-MBB Consultant / Analyst Preferred

Full- Time- Remote- US hours

A US-based EdTech / Product leadership company is hiring a high-impact Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder / CEO. This is a strategic, execution-driven role ideal for front-office McKinsey, Bain, or BCG Analysts / Associates who want to move into a fast-moving, high-ownership environment with real business impact.

About the role :

As the Chief of Staff, you will be the Founder’s right hand—driving strategy, solving high-priority business problems, and ensuring flawless execution across all functions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is obsessed with problem-solving, and wants to shape company direction from the inside.

What You'll own-

Partner with the Founder to drive strategic initiatives end-to-end

1. Strategy & Problem Solving

  • Partner with the Founder to drive strategic initiatives end-to-end
  • Analyze business challenges, identify solutions, and drive execution
  • Build frameworks, models, and insights to support decision-making

2. Founder Enablement

  • Act as a force multiplier for the Founder across priorities
  • Coordinate calendars, briefings, and priorities for maximum efficiency
  • Prepare strategy decks, business updates, and board-level documents

    • 3. Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Growth, Ops, and Partnerships
  • Build systems, processes, and operational rhythms as the company scales
  • Track goals, KPIs, milestones, and deliverables across teams

    • 4. Communications & Stakeholder Management

  • Drive internal & external communication in alignment with the Founder
  • Manage key partner relationships and high-stakes conversations
  • Draft messaging, reports, and strategic narratives

    • Who You Are

  • Ex-McKinsey / Bain / BCG Analyst or Associate (mandatory front-office consulting experience)
  • 2-4 years in strategy consulting with exposure to problem-solving, analytics, client management
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to break down complex problems
  • Exceptional communication : crisp writing, strong storytelling, executive presence
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Comfortable working US hours
