The Role

We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist to become a core part of our client success team. You'll be the first point of contact for our users—solving problems, building trust, and delivering support that feels personal, not robotic.

Your Day-to-Day

• Full-time support coverage, later on rotating morning / evening shifts (UK time)
• Responding to client queries via E mail, Chat, Phone, Discord and Social Media
• Troubleshooting, resolving, and explaining issues clearly and effectively
• Collaborating with the team to share user feedback and improve clients' experience
