Job Purpose
- Responsible for the overall direction and operations of the Leadership and Professional Development team.
- The scope of this role includes creating the LPD strategy for the Bank and delivering it in consultation with business leaders and HR leaders including the HRBP's and COE leaders

Articulating LPD Priorities
Manage and refine the Leadership Development roadmap for the Bank in tandem with its business prioritiesCreate and deploy the repertoire of professional development offerings that are relevant and impactfulDesigning Learning Solutions
Apply learning theories, adult learning principles and insights from leading edge research on learning to craft learning curriculums and coursesOptimize technology to augment the scale and effectiveness of learning initiativesStakeholder / Relationship Management
Ensure that LPD strategy addresses the business needs for purpose and growthEstablish and sustain the credibility of the LPD team by demonstrating the highest levels of responsiveness, solution effectiveness and outcome orientation and focusAdequately communicate the value delivered by regular showcasing of accurate and sufficient metrics – Coverage and outcomesTeam and Resource Management
Provide thought leadership to the LPD teamEnsure efficient management of capacity, capability, L&D infra and budgetArticulate performance expectations and provide adequate performance support for the team to deliver superlative outcomesPerformance Consulting

15+ years of HR experience with at least 8-10 years in the L&D functionExposure to Banking / Financial services is an advantage
