Job Title : D365 CRM / CE Techno functional Qualifications o A minimum bachelor’s degree o 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Techno functional o Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems o Clear and concise oral and written communication skills o Patience, ability, and passion to lead people, teams, and projects o A deep understanding of all aspects of business management and strategic evaluation o A strong work ethic and a “yes, we can” attitude.

• Responsibilities o Experience in Customer Service Module o Strong hands-on experience in developing CRM customizations, including plugins, workflows, and developing a model-driven app, Power apps & Power automate C#, custom web resources using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
• o Strong hands-on experience in Azure technologies like REST API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps development is desirable o Strong Experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, Business Rules, Business Process Flows, security management, creating solutions, Fetch XML XRM Toolbox, and data migration techniques o Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365 CE modules o Experience AGILE methodology and knowledge of GitHub tool. o Good Communication Skills;

Should be a team playerskills Required : MS Dynamics 365 C#Skills Preferred : Agile Logic apps Experience
