As we continue to scale rapidly, we are seeking an accomplished Senior HR Business Partner to lead the HR agenda across business verticals, strengthen organizational capability, and drive our people strategy in alignment with global business objectives.
Position Overview
The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in partnering with leadership to design and implement people strategies that drive business growth and operational excellence.
This role demands a strategic yet hands-on HR leader who brings deep expertise in HR Business Partnering, labor laws, compliance, organizational development, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex HR challenges, mentor a growing HR team, and create a performance-driven, inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Business Partnering
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people and organizational matters.
Develop and execute HR strategies that support business expansion, workforce effectiveness, and long-term capability building.
Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent alignment to business priorities.
Anticipate and address people-related challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor the HR team across verticals (Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Engagement).
Build HR capability through coaching, process excellence, and structured governance.
Partner closely with senior management to strengthen leadership pipelines and succession readiness.
Performance, Talent & Development
Drive the performance management process end-to-end—goal setting, OKRs, feedback, and review.
Partner with leadership to identify and develop high-potential talent.
Design and implement learning, development, and succession programs aligned with business needs.
Culture & Employee Experience
Champion the company’s culture, values, and engagement agenda across geographies.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee morale, communication, and retention.
Act as an employee advocate while maintaining a balanced business perspective.
Compliance, Policy & HR Governance
Oversee HR compliance, statutory requirements, and adherence to labor laws across all operating regions.
Own HR policies, audits, documentation, and risk management practices.
Utilize HR analytics to generate workforce insights, dashboards, and decision-support data.
Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a recognized institution.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a core HRBP leadership role.
Strong exposure to Consulting, BFSI, or high-growth organizations.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, compliance frameworks, and global HR practices.
