Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SD / CS Functional Consultant to join our team onsite in Pune or Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SD with a solid background in Customer Service (CS) processes. This role demands in-depth knowledge of billing, equipment, service contracts, and Adobe Forms, along with a good understanding of PMO practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and manage SAP SD / CS modules, with a focus on :

o Equipment Master Data

o Serial Number Management

o Functional Locations (including hierarchical structuring)

o Equipment Hierarchies

o Warranty Management

o Installed Base (I-Base) Management
