Indirect Tax Lead

1. Review of various GST Returns- GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6, ITC-04, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C etc and ensure timely compliances.

2. Review working of GST Input tax credit.

3. Review of Tax payments and refunds claim.

4. Optimization of Taxes and cash outflows.

5. Review of internal controls, check lists, SOP from time to time to mitigate any potential risk.

6. GST / VAT / Service Tax etc. litigation management.

7. Review of contingent liabilities from time to time.

8. Preparation / Review of various submissions in relation to tax queries, assessment, audit, appeals etc.

9. Internal and external co-ordination with various stakeholders.

10. keeping updated with tax law changes and implementation thereof.

11. Evaluation of process improvement and automation of same from time to time.

12. Tax MIS preparation and presentation to Tax Head from time to time.
