Immediate Priority

Fuel Pricing Models must be the primary focus, as these models are mission-critical for real-time pricing changes in stores

Goal of Role

The main accountability is on actual model deployment across the store network, ensuring APIs are using the correct model versions, and general model stability

Deployment Scope

Focus is on scaling the model deployment process and version management, not managing the underlying infrastructure clusters (EKS / AKS)

Technical Must-Haves :

Skill Area

Non-Negotiable Requirement

MLOps Tools

Databricks, Python, and PySpark are mandatory for immediate productivity

ML Frameworks

Strong understanding of ML frameworks and ML Flow (specifically within the Databricks environment) is essential

Infrastructure

Deep expertise in CI / CD pipeline creation and maintenance (e.G., GitLab) is a must-have

Data Streaming

Experience with Kafka / Kinesis is not a mandatory requirement
