Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in New Delhi for a Manager / Senior Executive in Group Operations (Quotation). The role involves managing and overseeing group operations, coordinating quotations, liaising with clients and vendors, and ensuring smooth workflows. Key tasks include analyzing client requirements, preparing competitive quotations, monitoring operations processes, and maintaining service quality standards. Collaboration with various teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences will also be a core responsibility.

Qualifications

• Handling Group queries and Van tours. Negotiate / close deals and handle queries from start to finish
• Taking full responsibility for customer service and client satisfaction
• Answer Incoming Calls from Customers and agents
• Collaborate with overseas team members, office colleagues and Other cities office Member to achieve better results
• Assisting and generating sales and revenue for the company
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Prior Europe DMC experience.
