Key Responsibilities :
Provide positive customer experiences by enhancing relationships between customers and our team.
Manage client relationships, take feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Establish and expand relationships with Clients based in the US , UK .
Desired Candidate Requirements :
Prior experience with customer service and call centres in relevant job roles.
Pleasant personality to engage in meaningful conversation.
Good communication skills and listening ability.
Fluency in English
Knowledge of US localization is desirable.
Understanding of US Accent is plus
