Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with daily tasks such as assisting in HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. The intern will also participate in various HR projects and initiatives to foster a positive work environment and help improve HR processes.

Qualifications

Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management

Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits

Proficiency in Personnel Management

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Internship Description

In-office work in Sector 63, NOIDA

Timings 9 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM, Monday-Saturday

Stipend : 10k per month
