Job description

Key Responsibilities : -

  • Sales Strategy : Formulate and execute national sales plans for home loans and mortgages.
  • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a nationwide sales team to achieve targets and ensure professional growth.
  • Business Development : Drive new business, build relationships with key stakeholders (developers, brokers, etc.).
  • Market Insights : Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
  • Customer Focus : Ensure sales teams offer tailored solutions and exceptional service.
  • Collaboration & Compliance : Ensure alignment with marketing, operations, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills : -

  • Education : Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience : 20-25 years in sales leadership within home finance or financial services.
  • Leadership : Strong team management and motivational skills.
  • Sales Expertise : Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop sales strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge : Expertise in home loans, mortgages, and financial regulations.
  • Communication : Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Tech Proficiency : Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Travel Flexibility : Willingness to travel for business development.
