- Talent Whisperer : Identify, attract, and hire A+ talent who can turbocharge our mission. From sourcing to onboarding — own the full TA cycle.
- Culture Custodian : Keep the Cars24 DNA alive — fun, fearless, fast, and full of hustle.
- Data-Driven Decisions : Use people analytics to make smart moves, not gut feels (unless your gut’s really good).
- Employee Experience Guru : Handle everything from engagement to performance — think of yourself as the human GPS for career growth.
- Change Champion : Because things move at 180 km / h here — we need someone who can handle the curves.
What we are looking for ?
4–8 years of experience in HRBP and / or TA — ideally both!Experience working in a high-growth or tech-first environment (bonus if you love startups).Stellar communication and stakeholder management skills — aka, you can convince anyone of anything.Passion for solving people puzzles and scaling culture like a pro.Energy that can light up a whole floor (or at least a Zoom call).
