Responsibilities

Deliver training in Full-Stack development (preferably Python or Java-based stacks)
Conduct hands-on coding sessions, projects, live debugging, and code reviews
Mentor learners to build technical depth and professional habits
Help design / update technical learning modules
Travel to client or internal delivery sites when needed

Qualifications

8+ years in software engineering / full-stack development

Required Skills

Strong command of backend + frontend fundamentals (Python / Java, frameworks, APIs, DBs, UI basics, deployment concepts)

Previous experience doing technical training, coaching, workshops, or tech mentoring (internal or professional)

Willingness to learn and adopt AI in teaching & dev workflows - we'll upskill you

Comfortable with client interaction / delivering sessions in person

Preferred Skills

Prior professional corporate tech training exposure

Basic understanding of AI tools / coding assistance / LLM workflows

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Experience training mid-senior tech teams or leaders
