Internship : Operations & Growth Intern (Supply Side)

Location : Gurgaon (Work From Office, Monday - Saturday)

Duration : 3–6 months

Stipend : ₹10,000–₹15,000 / month

At Sploot, we’re building India’s most trusted pet care brand — making life easier (and happier!) for pet parents through reliable dog walking, grooming, and food products.

We’re looking for a high-energy, problem-solving Operations & Growth Intern who’s excited to grow the supply side of our business — expanding our network of groomers, walkers, and pet care partners across new cities.

If you love the thrill of getting things done, talking to people, and figuring out how to scale chaos into systems — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Expand supply : Find, onboard, and manage new pet care partners (walkers, groomers, etc.) across cities.
• Build playbooks : Create and document processes for onboarding, training, and partner management.
• Solve problems in real time : Be the go-to person for ops challenges — cancellations, reschedules, logistics hiccups, and more.
• Support launches : Work closely with the central ops team to set up new cities and ensure smooth go-live.
• Analyse & improve : Use data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for faster supply growth.
