Job Summary :

We are actively seeking a highly accomplished and technically proficient Technical Architect - Microsoft Dynamics CRM with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert with a robust blend of functional and technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), coupled with strong capabilities in team leadership, client engagement, and solution architecture. This role demands a hands-on, proactive, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally effective in support and project delivery models.

This position will serve as a key pillar in ensuring the successful design, development, deployment, and support of CRM solutions that align with business goals and deliver exceptional user experiences. The role involves direct collaboration with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams, requiring a balance of deep technical knowledge, sound judgment, communication prowess, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture and Design :

• Architect end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across sales, marketing, customer service, and field service modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, flexible, and secure technical designs.
• Lead the development of technical specifications, architecture blueprints, solution documents, and functional design documents.
• Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with Microsoft's best practices and industry standards.
• Develop integrations using Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages), Azure services, and third-party tools.
