Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in Noida, supporting our client operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) along with excellent communication, requirement-gathering, and functional solutioning skills. Experience in the Utilities domain will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for Salesforce implementations.
• Support configuration, solution design, and enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , and custom Salesforce applications.
• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and fit-gap analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Create user stories, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Salesforce developers, admins, QA, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Support UAT planning, test case creation, issue tracking, and validations.
• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and governance processes.
• Work effectively with UK-based teams during UK shift hours.
