Job Responsibility :

• Launch and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads, meta ads
• Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to improve performance
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure client success
• Proactively communicate updates, wins, and insights
• Think critically when issues arise and bring forward solutions What We’re Looking For
• 3-5 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management, meta ads management
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully (both written and verbal)
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines
• High level of personal accountability and follow-through
• Passion for helping others win and going the extra mile
• Able to work independently
• Knowledge of Google analytics
