About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Sales (Closing) to join our team.
This client-facing role involves managing walk-in clients, converting qualified leads into successful sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience at our project site in South Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage and consult walk-in clients, presenting project details including features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored property solutions.
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to drive sales conversions.
- Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations effectively to close deals.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and CRM teams for smooth documentation and payment processes.
- Track and manage leads through Salesforce CRM, maintaining accurate and updated records.
- Collaborate with Marketing for lead generation through campaigns and referrals.
- Share sales insights, MIS reports, and market updates with senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.10–12 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with a strong track record in closures.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tools.In-depth understanding of RERA regulations, real estate documentation, and payment processes.Ability to handle diverse clientele including HNI, NRI, and first-time home buyers.
