Key Responsibilities :

We are looking for someone who can develop strong and positive relationships with students and can establish a highly engaging learning environment in and out of the classroom.

To be successful in this role you will have :

• Willingness to actively support and promote the Catholic identity and ethos of our school.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the Australian Curriculum, incorporating contemporary, evidence-based Early Years pedagogies, including explicit, high impact teaching.
• Proven ability to collect and maintain comprehensive data and records of student progress and achievement.
• Demonstrated capacity to adapt teaching practices to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Exhibit the ability to lead a classroom culture that supports student wellbeing, promotes resilience and personal responsibility.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with colleagues, students, parents and the Loxton broader community.
