Crust N Crumb, a leading name in  baking & confectionery solutions , is looking for a Senior R&D Manager  to lead product innovation in  cake mixes, bakery ingredients, and confectionery applications .

We are seeking someone who has  extensive expertise in bakery ingredients R&D  and preferably, added exposure to  seasoning / QSR-style coatings & marinades .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead  new product development (NPD)  for cake mixes, improvers, bakery ingredients, and confectionery solutions.
• Drive recipe innovation, optimization, and scale-up from lab to production.
• Ensure all formulations meet  FSSAI / HACCP / GMP  standards.
• Support cost optimization through raw material evaluation and alternate formulations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and procurement teams to align projects with  market needs & customer briefs .
• Monitor competitor products & global bakery trends to inspire innovation.
• Provide  technical training and support  to internal teams and key customers.
• (Preferred) Contribute to expansion of our  seasoning / QSR range  – crispy coatings, marinades, savory mixes.
