Roles & Responsibilities As a Trainer - Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of our sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include : - Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for sales personnel. - Conducting workshops and seminars to improve sales techniques and methodologies. - Developing training materials and resources tailored to the needs of the team. - Assessing training effectiveness and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. - Collaborating with the sales management team to identify training needs. - Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and learning development. - Leading role plays and scenario-based training to prepare team for customer engagement. Mandatory Requirements Applicants must possess the following qualifications and experiences : - Minimum of 5 years experience in inside sales or sales training roles. - Proven track record of successful sales performance in a dynamic environment. - Strong knowledge of sales techniques, training methodologies, and learning frameworks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of individuals. - Experience in assessing and improving training effectiveness. Preferred Skills or Education Requirements The ideal candidate will also have : - A bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field. - Certifications in sales training or instructional design are advantageous. - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. - Experience with remote training methodologies and digital learning tools. - A passion for renewable energy and building a sustainable future. Salary The position offers a competitive salary of ₹900,000 annually. Location This is a full-time role based out of Pune, Maharashtra, India, with the option for remote work.
