Job descriptionSupport endpoint protection and policy enforcement using Trellix ePO. Assist in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of SecureDoc for hard disk encryption. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to apply AI-driven threat detection and response strategies. Identify opportunities to apply AI / ML for improving DevOps and security processes. Stay updated with emerging AI tools and frameworks relevant to infrastructure and security. Contribute to internal knowledge bases and automation libraries with AI-enhanced solutions. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, or IT Security roles. Strong knowledge of GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Azure Cloud services. Familiarity with Python for scripting and automation. Proficiency in Trellix ePO and SecureDoc or similar endpoint security tools. Understanding of AI / ML concepts and their application in IT operations. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
DevOps & Cloud Automation :
- Design, maintain, and optimize CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions with a focus on automation and AI-driven insights.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform across Azure Cloud environments.
- Monitor and support cloud resources, integrating AI-based observability and predictive analytics tools where applicable.
- Develop Python scripts and utilities to automate operational tasks and integrate AI / ML models into workflows.
