Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Admissions Counselor - Australia & New Zealand to join our Hyderabad Team. This role involves providing education and career counseling, student admission guidance, communicating with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and facilitating the admissions process tailored to the Australia & New Zealand education systems. He / She must front-end course shortlisting and student visa processing for our clients. Ideal candidate must have 5+ years of industry work experience

Responsibilities

Front-end course and university shortlisting for the Australia & New Zealand

Handle student profiling, SOP review , and documentation support

Guide students through the entire admissions and student visa process

Maintain strong client relationships through prompt and effective communication

Provide personalized education and career counseling

Stay updated with changes in university guidelines and visa policies

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in international education counseling; 6-10 years preferred

Proven track record in Australia & New Zealand admissions counseling

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong customer service orientation and consultative sales skills

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (preferred)

Strong organizational and time-management skills
