Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Student Services Specialist. The Student Services Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as student counseling, providing customer service, assisting with student financial aid, and supporting educational endeavors. The role involves handling student inquiries, guiding them through the study abroad process, and ensuring they receive the necessary support for a successful educational experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• A minimum of 2 years Experience in Student Counseling and providing Customer Service
• Knowledge of Student Financial Aid processes
• Background in Education
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to work efficiently and provide high-quality service
