We’re looking for a full-time graphic designer who aligns with this energy and can bring both creativity and structure to our visual output.

Role Overview

We are hiring a designer who can support Ardena’s creative, social media, branding, and client projects. This role requires strong design fundamentals, fast execution, and the ability to follow brand systems while adding your artistic point of view.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Ardena team and work across multiple industries including legal, wellness, culture, tech, and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually clean, modern, high-quality designs for social media, brand assets, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Adapt existing templates into multiple formats (Reels, square posts, LinkedIn posts, stories, etc.).
• Develop original illustrations, layouts, and brand elements when required.
• Work within existing brand guidelines as well as build new visual systems for clients.
• Deliver revisions quickly and maintain clear communication.
• Collaborate with content and strategy teams to convert briefs into final creative.
• Maintain an organized workflow with layered, editable files.
