Telesales Specialist

Location : Delhi-NCR

Compensation : Up to ₹40,000 per month

Working Days & Timings : Monday to Saturday, 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Joining : Immediate joiners preferred

• Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and well-spoken Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background—preferably in the real estate industry—and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and ensuring a smooth customer experience over the phone.

• Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and pitch company offerings.

Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property solutions.

Maintain and update sales databases and reports.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.

• Requirements

Experience : 1-2 years in telesales or inside sales (real estate experience preferred).

Communication : Must be fluent, confident, and well-spoken.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle customer queries and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good understanding of sales techniques and customer behavior.

Immediate joiners will be given priority.
