Anzo is your agentic onchain neobank a borderless, self-custodial global money app. We’re building modern banking for the future of money : virtual accounts, global debit cards, gasless swaps across chains, and up to 11% APY, all while keeping users in control with seedless security, guaranteed recovery, spending limits, and inheritance.
At the core is a programmable AI agent that adapts to each user automating saving, investing, and Bitcoin stacking (smart DCA, rebalancing, one-click AI swaps).
We’re a small team moving fast. Now we need our first marketing hire to turn this product into a movement.
The Role
You’ll be our Founding Growth & Community Lead, owning Anzo’s growth from zero to one. Your mandate is simple and measurable :
Grow socials → grow waitlist → grow community → drive early adoption.
This is a hands-on role for someone who ships daily, runs experiments, and builds a flywheel—not a brand manager or agency wrangler.
What You’ll Own
1) Social Growth (primary top-of-funnel)
- Build and run a consistent, high-signal content engine for X / Twitter (primary), plus Farcaster / / YouTube Shorts as appropriate.
- Translate product + narrative into posts / threads that earn attention and trust (agentic onchain banking, seedless security, borderless money).
- Founder amplification : ghostwrite / edit CEO posts, structure launch threads, and distribute across channels.
- Track performance, identify winners, and iterate weekly.
2) Waitlist Growth (activation)
Own the waitlist funnel end-to-end : landing page messaging, conversion rate, referral loops.Design & run growth experiments : content → CTA, “move up the waitlist” mechanics, community invites, targeted collabs.Partner with crypto / Bitcoin communities, newsletters, podcasters, and builders to drive qualified signups.Create a simple reporting cadence tying content / community to signups.3) Community Flywheel (retention + advocacy)
Launch and nurture our early adopter community (Telegram / Discord / Farcaster).Run rituals : build-in-public updates, AMAs, early access, user spotlights.Identify power users and turn them into advocates / ambassadors.Close the loop with product : bring user insights back to engineering / design weekly.4) Narrative & Positioning
Help sharpen AnzoWallet’s story into a repeatable “why now / why us” that users quote back.Make complex ideas feel simple : self-custody without fear, AI-driven banking without giving up control.What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
