Production Line Operations- PET Molding - Freshers

What you will enjoy doing

1. Overall Line Responsibility (Production to Packaging) :

• Start and stop machines as per operation schedule
• Perform parison controls and monitor material usage (weight distribution, regrind levels, tail lengths)
• Conduct regular visual and technical quality checks throughout the shift
• Check and record process parameters (, machine cycle time, mold cooling water temperature, process temperature)
• Weigh waste materials / lumps and document in daily reports
• Prepare machines for mold changes
• Ensure accurate production as per quantity and quality specifications
• Place rejected bottles in designated bins only
• Record packing details (pallet no., quantity, destination, etc.) in the production register
