Job descriptionDevelop and execute tailored social media strategies for government, ministry social media accounts. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and audience engagement across platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and optimize content based on insights Coordinate with design and video teams for multimedia content Ensure brand tone, compliance, and messaging consistency across all accounts Write high-quality English content : captions, blogs, press notes, scripts, newsletters, and campaign copy Curate content calendars aligned with client goals and public communication standards Conduct research for policy-related, cultural, and brand-specific content Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and impact Collaborate with client teams to align messaging with strategic objectives Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable digital strategies Conduct regular review meetings and share performance updates Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content Build strong relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and platform insights Prepare weekly / monthly reports with actionable recommendations Present data-driven insights to internal teams and clients Identify trends and opportunities for content optimization Minimum 3-4 years of total experience in social media management for Government & Ministry Minimum 2 years of experience in managing social media for Government accounts along with english content writing Proven track record of handling government / ministry accounts and private brands Strong command of written English with a flair for storytelling and public communication Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with professionalism Prior agency or public sector experience is highly preferred Competitive salary and performance incentives Opportunity to work on prestigious accounts Creative freedom and collaborative culture Skill development and leadership pathways Flexible work environment
