Role Overview

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant with 1–7 years of experience to design, develop, and customize solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The role involves working on CRM / ERP modules , integrations, and Power Platform components.

Key Responsibilities

Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.
Develop plugins, workflows, and scripts using C#,.NET, and JavaScript.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 tools and third-party applications.
Work with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for low-code solutions.
Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization .
Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices.

Requirements

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Finance & Operations .

Knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript , and SQL Server .

Familiarity with Power Platform and Dataverse .

Understanding of API integrations and Azure services .

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certifications (MB-910, MB-920, PL-400) are a plus.

Experience with DevOps pipelines and Power BI is desirable.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
