Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role located in Bengaluru South. The CFO will oversee financial strategy, planning, and management, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization. Core responsibilities include managing financial reporting, analyzing financial performance, and preparing financial statements. The CFO will play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and identifying areas of financial improvement, as well as maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting

Proficiency in creating and analyzing Financial Statements and Reports

Strong foundation in Finance principles and Analytical Skills

Advanced knowledge of Financial Reporting and Regulatory Compliance

Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and teams

Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance preferred
