RPA Developer – ServiceNow

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer – ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow RPA development, with a strong technical background and a collaborative approach. This role involves working on automation projects that drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Estimate, design, develop, and implement RPA automations using ServiceNow, adhering to best practices.
• Analyze and understand business processes to create accurate ServiceNow RPA solutions.
• Convert existing processes into automated workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow RPA solutions for optimal performance.
• Conduct code reviews and documentation assessments to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Act as a lead developer, supporting and guiding other developers in the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve post-deployment issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow RPA trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
