We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Manager to join our team in Salem / Coimbatore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns to drive client success. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a passion for digital marketing.

Note : Candidates having background in beauty or wellness or aesthetic clinic- skin and hair treatment promotion and marketing will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns to achieve client objectives.
• Conduct A / B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
• Manage and track Ad budgets, ROI and performance metrics using Meta Ads Manager.
• Collaborate with telecalling and sales team to enhance lead-to-walk-in conversion rates.

Skills and Qualifications

Salary : 40K-60K per month plus performance based incentives.

Work Location : Salem or Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Work Timing : 10 am to 6 pm (Mon to Sat will be working, Sunday is fixed off)
