Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will assist with various HR-related tasks, including managing employee information, supporting benefits administration, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The role will also include providing general administrative support to the HR team and ensuring organizational compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and their functionalities
• Understanding of Benefits Administration processes
• Ability to assist in planning and coordinating employee Training initiatives
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
