Job Description :

• Manage the complete QTM team and convert business opportunities handled by the team.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of team members.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Ensure a minimum Conversion target is maintained.
• Responsible for achieving the Income and turnover Target.
• Ensure effective allocation of daily leads among the team, maintaining of TAT Standards.

Highest Qualification-Graduate / PGDM
