• Digital Learning Agenda : Define and drive a global learning strategy tailored to the evolving needs of the Digital Community. For example, identifying the skillsets software engineers need to grow and succeed over time.
• Role-Based Learning Journeys : Develop structured learning paths for specific roles.
• Training Design : Contribute to the creation of training programs and educational materials using modern tools and methodologies.
• Create engaging and effective learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Develop templates and guidelines to standardize content creation across teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology standards and trends in digital learning.
• Manage licenses in current learning platforms (e.g., purchase orders, user assignments, analytics).
• Maintain relationships with key external learning providers.
• Act as a point of contact for learning-related discussions.
• Prepare, facilitate, and actively contribute to initiatives that move the department forward.
