Ajanta Bottles is a diverse company focussing in packaging supplies to Pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics. Group employees over 300 people.

Ahmedabad office is lates to open. The ideal candidate will be responsible for many different tasks related to the operations of the business. They will field calls and maintain calendars. Additionally, this individual will organize reports and documents to ensure ease of access.

Director is also actively involved and there will be a chance to work closely with Director.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Head office for day to day work.
• Hiring and sourcing team
• Maintain calendars
• Establish communications within organization
• Manage administrative function of Ahmedabad office
• Organize documents and reports
• Day to day work for the Director.
