Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in administrative roles ensuring effective operations and seamless execution of daily tasks.
  • Strong capability in vendor management including negotiation selection and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Adept in overseeing transport operations ensuring efficient scheduling and safe passage for all stakeholders.
  • Experience in canteen management maintaining hygiene standards and overseeing menu planning and inventory control.
  • Skilled in general administration managing office supplies and ensuring facility upkeep and security.
  • Expertise in security management including coordination with security personnel and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for effective interaction with staff vendors and students.
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve administrative challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the institution.
  • Supervise vendor contracts and relationships ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
  • Oversee transport logistics to ensure timely and safe commuting for students and staff members.
  • Coordinate canteen services maintaining high standards in food quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Implement and monitor security measures to protect the premises and ensure the safety of all occupants.
  • Assist in planning and executing school events ensuring all logistical aspects are efficiently managed.
  • Ensure that the school environment is well-maintained secure and conducive to educational activities.
  • Collaborate with school leadership to support the continuous improvement of school operations.
