Job Title : Freelance | Senior AI / ML Engineer – Automation using n8n

Location : Remote / Hybrid (India)

Experience Level : 4+ years

Compensation - 400-1200 INR Per hour

About the Role :

We’re looking for a Senior AI / ML Engineer experienced in building Automation workflows using n8n and integrating multiple lead sources into a unified system.

The ideal candidate will design and implement end-to-end lead merge workflows that automatically capture, clean, and consolidate leads from platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Sulekha, Justdial, and company websites into centralized data storage (e.g., Google Sheets or database).

You’ll work closely with the marketing and operations teams to streamline lead management, reduce duplication, and enable real-time analytics for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement lead capture and merge workflows in n8n or equivalent automation platforms.
  • Integrate APIs from various lead sources, including :
  • Meta Ads Lead API
  • Google Ads Lead Form Extensions API
  • Sulekha & Justdial lead endpoints
  • Website / form submissions (Webhook or CRM integration)
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure accurate, de-duplicated, and consistent lead records.
  • Implement error handling, logging, and alert mechanisms for automation stability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align API connections and campaign tracking.
  • Build scalable architecture for handling large volumes of leads.
  • (Preferred) Explore opportunities for AI-based classification, deduplication, or scoring of leads.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Strong expertise in n8n (or similar tools like Zapier, Make, Node-RED).
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs – designing, integrating, and debugging.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads APIs , including lead form and campaign data integrations.
  • Solid programming background in Python or JavaScript / TypeScript for custom nodes or scripts.
  • Experience with data structures, automation logic, and workflow design .
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets / Google Drive API for logging and reporting.
  • Knowledge of AI / ML pipelines (bonus : experience with lead scoring or intent classification models).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience automating marketing data pipelines or CRM integrations .
  • Exposure to cloud functions / serverless deployments (AWS Lambda, GCP Functions).
  • Basic understanding of webhooks, OAuth2, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
